Day 12: Chocolate

Chocolate can be found almost anywhere. It can be eaten as a candy or as toppings and ingredients of a dessert. Regardless, chocolate is one of my favorite things to eat because of its deliciousness. Not only that, chocolate, in my eyes, is also viewed as a source of therapy. Why? Because whether I am sad, emotional, tired, excited, angry, or any other feelings, chocolate always has a way of making me feel better or at least happier. Charles M. Schulz, a well-known cartoonist, especially for the comic strip Peanuts, once said, “All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt.” You got that right, Mr. Schulz!

So there I was, sitting in my Software Applications class once again. We were working on another program for HTML and my teacher told us to find yet another gif picture. Well, nothing makes me happier than chocolate, so without a doubt, I went searching online for a gif picture of chocolate. And that’s when I found the picture above. I fell in love. Literally. My mouth started to water and I could not keep my eyes off my computer. I must have watched the picture go around millions of times before coming back to Earth. My dream is to have continuous supply of all the yummy chocolate-related foods in the picture, or at least some of them. That would make my day.

  1. I live near Hershey, PA and I’m a chocoholic. (One of my favorite quotes is “I’d give up chocolate, but I’m not quitter.”) Therefore, I loved this post including the rotating photos up top. Now all I want is a Boston Cream Donut. (Sigh.)

  2. Yummy chocolate!! Especially dark chocolate 🙂 and Ghirardelli Squares. Or Ferrero Rochers. Or Lindt Truffles. Or basically any chocolate XD. OMG I love the gif. I can’t stop staring at it! The chocolate chips remind me of going to Discovery Cove in Florida, and they have this buffet thing for breakfast, AND THEY HAD A WHOLE BOWL OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS THAT YOU COULD JUST TAKE!!!!!!!!!!! (I think they were to go into the oatmeal with the brown sugar, but whatever, that’s not important). What is important is that they were there and I had a cup full…………..or two 😛
